The <\/span>De La Salle\u2013College of Saint Benilde Alumni Association<\/strong> is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of the personal information of all Benilde alumni members.<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of this commitment, the Association upholds the principles of transparency, responsibility, and lawful data processing in accordance with the <\/span>Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173)<\/strong>. This Data Privacy Notice explains how the Benilde Alumni Association collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data submitted by alumni for membership records, communications, events, engagement activities, donations, and other alumni-related services.<\/span><\/p>\n

The De La Salle\u2013College of Saint Benilde Alumni Association<\/strong> (\u201cBenilde Alumni Association<\/strong>,\u201d \u201cAssociation<\/strong>,\u201d \u201cwe<\/strong>,\u201d \u201cour<\/strong>,\u201d or \u201cus<\/strong>\u201d) values and respects your right to privacy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring that it is processed in a lawful, fair, secure, and transparent manner, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).<\/strong> and its implementing rules and regulations.<\/p>\n

                      In the event of a personal data breach, the Association and the College will take appropriate steps to contain, assess, document, and address the incident in accordance with applicable law and internal protocols. Where required, affected individuals and the appropriate regulatory authorities will be notified within the period prescribed by law.<\/p>\n
