
Benilde Alumni Association Data Privacy Notice
The De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde Alumni Association is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of the personal information of all Benilde alumni members.
As part of this commitment, the Association upholds the principles of transparency, responsibility, and lawful data processing in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde Alumni Association (“Benilde Alumni Association,” “Association,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values and respects your right to privacy. For purposes of this notice, "alumnus/alumna/alumni" refers to any former student or graduate of De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde. Membership in the Benilde alumni community is recognized upon completion of a course or program in the College.

Certain core alumni information, such as your name, course, and record of attendance at the College, may be retained as part of the Association’s and the College’s historical and archival records, even if certain contact or engagement information is updated, restricted, or deleted, where allowed by law.

In the event of a personal data breach, the Association and the College will take appropriate steps to contain, assess, document, and address the incident in accordance with applicable law and internal protocols. Where required, affected individuals and the appropriate regulatory authorities will be notified within the period prescribed by law.
